Monthly Capoeira classes registration is open for September 2024 and year around!! These classes are open to Adult/Teen ages 13+ of all abilities. No previous martial arts, music, and dance experience are required. We are going to introduce you to all the aspects of capoeira which include music, dance, as well as physical strength, and agility. Capoeira classes begin with the fundamentals of martial arts introducing students to the primary movements, then building up to expand students' knowledge of music, traditional dances, and Afro-Brazilian culture.
